Country Cottages

1983 1-2 Spieler 60% Not Rated

The game begins with both players getting a predetermined credit from a bank and trying to get a set fortune depending on the difficulty. In order to achieve this, the players have to buy, renovate, rent, and sell the property if the investment exceeds the profit. Before the game starts, it is possible to determine the degree to which disasters / hurricanes, fire blasts and water pipe breaks occur, which make it difficult for the players to reach the wealth limit. Because the original English version is quite difficult for German players. Data Media has completely Germanized the program - a thing worth copying!
