Terms of Use

These terms cover the JellyStreamz website and applications. By using them, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

Your media and server

JellyStreamz is a client for servers you choose. You are responsible for the server, network, accounts, and media you connect, including having the rights required to access and play that media. JellyStreamz does not provide a media catalog.

Early access software

Preview builds may contain bugs, change without notice, or work differently across devices and media formats. Back up important settings and use preview software with that understanding.

Accounts

Keep your website password private and provide accurate account information. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, bypass security, disrupt other users, or violate applicable law.

Outside services

JellyStreamz may link to or work with services such as Jellyfin, YouTube, Google Cast, and Patreon. Their own terms apply to those services.

Availability and warranties

JellyStreamz is provided as available without a promise that every feature, device, format, or server will always work. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Independent project

JellyStreamz is an independent client and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Jellyfin project.
