Alphonse T. Nurd is a flunky to the scientist Bogdan Schtunk but wants to learn what his boss is up too. One night while playing scientists, Alphonse comes across the Atomic Particle People Splitter. On activating the machine, Alphonse has split into two people. Not wanting Schtunk to find out he needs to get his double to the Recombination Chamber. The lab is split into five areas and you must control Alphonse and solve the puzzles to get through them. Your double on the other hand enjoys his freedom and will try to hinder you. Schizofrenia is a single screen side view platform game. You control Alphonse with the joystick. Also seen on the screen as well is your score, lives, level and time.
