ASO: Armored Scrum Object
A basic vertical shooter. Collects parts to form other more powerful ships but you can only transform when you have gathered up enough energy. To gather energy, you must destroy land targets with bombs which explode and provide power-ups. ASO: Armored Scrum Object, also known as Alpha Mission, is a vertical scrolling shooter arcade game created by SNK in 1985. Missiles are used to destroy ground enemies, while laser-like weapons are used for aerial opponents. Throughout each of the levels, the player must fight off waves of enemies that threaten several space stations and a boss must be defeated at the end of each.
