The future. The year is 2024 and the global disarmament plan has been finally realized. World Peace Force maintains the order. Yet the mad mullah Mustapha Fracas seized the decommissioned cruise missiles and now threatens to use them against your homeland. Sitting inside the WPF bunker you control an unmanned interceptor fighter via satellite uplink. Havoc is a scrolling shooter with isometric view, similar to Zaxxon. The player must dodge obstacles (walls with narrow passages), destroy enemy missiles and tanks, while watching the fuel level.
