Power League II is the 1989 follow-up to the 1988 TurboGrafx-16 game Power League (known as World Class Baseball in the US). As before, the player can select between a number of fictional teams for the game's Vs. (two-player), Pennant, Open or All-Star modes. There is also a single-player home run derby mode in which the player can practice batting. Power League II did not receive an international release. Nor did any of the subsequent Power League games for the PC Engine, of which there are four additional games after this one.
