It's 2125... Crime baron Emilio Bocker rules the grim futuristic wastelands and towering tenements of Los Angeles from his lair hidden amongst the apre-meltdown debris of a society that has gone terribly wrong. He exerts a vice-like grip on the remains of a once healthy economy, terrorising and destroying what is left of the populace. It's been obvious for years that something must be done...
