Sony Playstation 3
Carnival Island
Carnival Island is a collection of 35 carnival-themed mini games for PlayStation 3. The game is played exclusively with the PlayStation Move controller, and includes games such as ring toss, basketball, coin toss, shooting gallery, and skeeball. The single player mode features hand-animated cutscenes that tell a story of two children bringing an abandoned carnival back to life as they complete and unlock new games. Each game can also be played in turn-based multiplayer by passing the Move controller between players, and some games allow two player simultaneous play. As players progress through the story mode, they earn tickets that can be used to purchase toys from an in-game prize booth. The toys can be used as augmented-reality props while taking pictures with the PlayStation Eye in the photo booth area.
