Fighter's History
Players choose one of eight international fighters and compete to be the best in the world. Players choose from six male and two martial arts fighters, each with their own unique style. The fighters travel around the world and battle in one-on-one, hand-to-hand tournaments to determine who is the best. Fighters travel from city to city challenging other martial artists in a "best two out of three" round fight. Each fighter has an assortment of special power moves and occasionally items in the background may be destroyed by the combat. This game was Data East's answer to Capcom's Street Fighter II - The World Warrior series of games.
