Game no Kanzume Otokuyou is a compilation of Sega Game Toshokan games released for the Sega Mega Drive, a "digest" version of the Mega-CD collections Game no Kanzume Vol.1 and Game no Kanzume Vol.2. It was released exclusively through the Japanese Sega Channel at some unknown time, and the current ROM was presumably found on the disc for Dream Passport 2, which came with access to a "Dream Library" of on-disc games to which access could be purchased online.
