Chase Vault

You are a pith-helmeted adventurer exploring an ancient crypt in Barbados. That probably wasn't a great idea.

Object: In each labyrinthine room, collect all the gold pieces to unlock keyboxes. Use keys to unlock doors to other rooms. Rooms get more difficult as you go down. They get much more difficult as you go right. Keep going down and to the right until you reach the final room.

Gameplay: You start with 4 lives. If you touch a white ghost, it will kill you. If you collect a voodoo talisman, you will temporarily be able to dispatch the ghosts while they are blue. Try to eat some local fruit when it appears. If you eat one of each kind, you get an extra life. You may run into floating skulls. Try to avoid being burnt alive by fireballs they throw at you. If you see a bomb, try to get to it and set it off -- it will permanently destroy all enemies in the room. Be on the lookout for multiple keys in some rooms! Those extra keys will come in handy. You can traverse the rooms in any order you want, and even go back through old rooms that you already cleared out to try a new path. Good luck getting out alive!
